Such turns of the conversation are only possible with boys.

It's a phrasing joke, reflect on it.

Any card collectors out there recognize these?
They were in a box of my dad's old baseball cards, that he gave to me as kid about 25 years ago. Never figured out where these ones came from and forgot about them until today when I cleaned out some old stuff from my closet.
Most of the other cards these were mixed in with are regular old Topps from ~1965 -1968.
I was thinking they must be part of some game, but otherwise haven't found anything about them.

Pretty sure the bottom three black and white cards are part of a different set

1968 Topps Batters Up game.

Wow, you guys are on it!
Thanks

Are the b/w cards part of the same set?

A friend solved a couch not fitting around a staircase configuration with an electric handsaw. It actually looked totally fine in the end.

I was thinking Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency, but didn't remember how they resolved the couch issue.

Children and parents should be separate but equal. It’s so important!

Just saw Central Park is going car free in 10 days for the first time since the invention of the automobile. Surprised that could be pulled off, but it sounds great.

really stupid question.....how can it not already be? I thought it was just a park. There are roads through it?

Couch.

It was quite fun to read the text messages coming in from his increasingly concerned wife. But he tasted sweet victory in the end.

Don’t let your dreams be dreams. Get fast and furious on the grass.

Ten days is enough time to drive from AZ or whatever. Make those dreams come true!

It's only shameful because it means he's never seen Die Hard 3.
