Tough situation with Fabian & Dom. I like both of them. Have empathy for Fabian as I'm a spoiler nit myself, but expecting an old like Dom to change his ways is going to be nothing more than an exercise in frustration. Confirmed lol @ Fabian for thinking he's going to get thru to Dom on that one, then deciding to call Dom the dumb one.

Dom consistently generates good discussion and original content. Fabian mostly just swoops down off his high horse to critique people. Both of them have value, but a survivor would be flat out suicide for Fabian.





p2 dog - yeah you're getting pretty screwed to pay that amount for that level of access. Go to google and search on "internet providers in my area" or similar where you put in your zip code and it displays your available options, then report back. Also consider calling Frontier's CS dept and asking them what your current options are, while explaining that you feel you are overpaying for what you have now. Tell them your friends are telling you that you are overpaying and are encouraging your to change services - that way the conversation will be collaborative rather than adversarial.

Is thremp banned from OOT officially? I know he thinks he is but I don't recall specifically.

Thremp seems to have special ways but I find it pretty hard to really dislike him.

Dom did have the best thing that shouldn't piss you off, but does:

Walking parallel with a car in a parking until they pass you so you can cross without breaking stride, only to have them stop and wave you across.

Still like me some Fabian though.

I think El'd is to blame for thremp still being around. That said I think thremp is banned from basically every place I have any inclination to post, so I am ok with him still on site.

I didn't think his initial response to me was bad. He just indicated he didn't really care. Obviously in that kind of situation people are firmly in one camp or the other. I definitely wasn't calling for Survivor to be played out between you two lol. Now if H&F decided to do it with Loco and Thremp that would be another thing.

I blame El D for anything forum related that I don't blame Greg for. It works out quite well!

Another way in which you're missing out by being a n00b. Not too long ago you could blame everything on Dids. Much better.

I always thought that if you measured the delta between what forum consensus thinks of a poster and what I think of a poster, Dominic would be top 3. After seeing yesterday's posts I guess I have to bump him up to the top spot!
