Cool. I think about numbers in a very odd/obsessive way since I was a very young child. Numbers, counting, and math in general fascinates me. Many people don’t even realize that base 10 number system isn’t the only way to think about numbers. Then you get into really weird mathematical **** like ring theory. Fk i love it.
Good math history book:
I am pretty rusty at math now, which is basically what I spent much of the last half decade studying, but I really enjoy reading about it at an abstract level.
When people lose their **** about common core it makes me laugh hard. There’s not really a single correct way to think about numbers.
