I've been deadbeating and giving zero tips to almost every single UberEats delivery driver since I started using the service in 2019 and I've gotten a ton of orders...

Is this bad? I remember reading here that DD/UE drivers didn't get to keep basically any of the tip if you did a standard 15-20% and UE always charges such exorbitant fees compared to ordering delivery place itself if it's a pizza or asian takeaway place...fwiw i've been on a very tight budget

I'm sure you'd be ROTFL seeing some of the interactions I got into with african-americans here and in NYC since 2017...probably the ones you'd laugh hardest at are the chased down by bicycle and then punched in the face, the surprise tackle from behind and then suckerpunch and crotch kick, and the "ruff rider" in ski mask in July running a red light and speeding up on the sidewalk and "firing a kamikaze missile" at me, which fortunately I dodged...

Not to reply to the super duper obvious troll but I’m posting here to inform everyone else itt:

I am a DashPass subscriber and I have it on *official authority* that 100% of all tips are given to their delivery people, i.e. the Dashers.

Anyone who doesn’t tip while using DoorDash for delivery is a scummy cheapskate and should be be banned from using the service, imo.

They started getting their tips 2.5 years ago
