If this were the first actual damage to a newish car, I'd probably be miffed.
Whatever. There's really no acceptable answer aside from the first one here. When you break other people's ****, you pay to repair the damage you caused.
Trying to get out of it because your assessment of what is important says that the damage you caused is meaningless is really pretty bull****. Just because you don't care about minor damage to your car doesn't mean you get to impose that on others property. That's not how property works.
If the guy tries to get you to pay for more than that repair, don't even get rustled. Just ... pay for the repair of the thing you broke. Laugh off attempts (that aren't likely) to get you to pay for more.
Lol. We're discussing a less than brand new mini van used to cart around preschoolers. A minivan that was about to be loaded with as many snot laden, sticky fingered, preschoolers as would fit, so they could go to a field and haul back pumpkins.
The "damage" is so minuscule you have to zoom in on the pictures to see it.
Finally, please head over to the Banksy thread because someone there believes it's ok to destroy a 1.4M painting, that doesn't belong to you, and there is no possibility of repercussions for doing so.
