I really couldn't pick the Queen out of an old white woman line-up (similar to the Pope without the hat in an old white man line-up), and I am pretty up on global news and what not - hell, I subscribe to The Economist, read it pretty religiously, and still don't think with confidence I could ID the Queen. Surely I can't be alone in this!

Okay. But what percentage of the Italian people would you say know either Messi, Ronaldo, or both?

This was an interesting question. I thought the answer would be obvious, but it's really not. If we opened it up to dead people would it be either Jesus or Mohammed?

Male? 90% probably. Obv I'm pulling numbers out of my ass, but that is what I would guess.

As for the queen, i know her face because i'm not a drooler, but imho the % is way less than a football superstar like messi.

It has to be Obama imo. I'm an Ameritard as well but basically every person in any English speaking knows what Obama looks like, right? Aussies, Brits, etc want to confirm? I would assume that he's been broadcast a decent amount in Asia as well.

Remember having this discussion with a friend after Jackson passed, I felt sure it was him when he died. Can't see it being a sportsman and I think Tiger would top that list ahead of soccer players.

I'd go with Obama although Chuck Norris has to be up there.
