i would take the toast on that bread and the degree of cheese melt e v e r y s i n g l e t i m e
seeing that makes me want mustard. first thought is something sweet/hot, but something like coleman's would also do just tidy.

Spicy mustard would've been perfect.
I went with hot af habanero ranch.

Dipping sauces aside, imo the key is frying the ham before throwing it on the cheese/bread

makes sense
everything in that toastie has to be warm when you bite it
melted cheese and cold meat would be off-putting every single time

Purists probably disagree, but I'm going to call this a sandwich.
Miller's finest wrapped in bacon

Ughh, I'm grunching but isn't good bread the key component to a decent sandwich/hotdog?

Nice. I've done something kinda similar, but more Asian inspired, using spicy slaw (and far less pretty tuna fml).

Went to a bomb Vegan place for brunch this weekend in San Diego called Kindred. Amazing food, but the best was this breakfast sandwich.
Country fried sausage, gravy, and PICKLES on a sesame seed bun.
Eggs would be a great addition, but I wanted to post because the addition of pickles on a breakfast sandwich could be a game changer.

Also, gravy on a breakfast sandwich elevates it so much that I wish it was standard but it obviously can't be at ff places bc of to-go practicality.

Any sandwich that has sausage and gravy on it has to be the best vegan sandwich there is.

DQ used to have a chicken and gravy biscuit that was easily the best fastfood breakfast sandwich in the world. I'm not sure if they still serve it or not - I tried looking it up and come up empty. A youtube link below is some random guy reviewing it just so you can see the sandwich.

How long in the air fryer? Is it really easier than just quickly scrambling some eggs? Better somehow? I'm struggling to find uses for my air fryer other than hash brown patties and tater tots, lol.

10 minutes at 400 for two ramekins w the egg mix. It’s different and very easy, not certain it’s better.

Chicken wings for sure is an AF must. All frozen stuff is great air fried, make a sandwich and put that in the air fryer, cold pizza goes in the air fryer…there are a lot of good uses, YouTube air fryer recipes for some ideas

that's sexy as hell Mal. was the avocado the only 'condiment' or was there butter or something else? looks like it could be dry if the eggs aren't moist
