toasted buns with a little bit of mayo and liberal amounts of buffalo sauce. her's on the right, mine on the left
ready to go under the broiler to melt the slices of sharp cheddar. she elected to go with the 'iron cross' technique, i went with the 'break off the corners and stack them on top' technique.
i think we can all tell who's technique reigns supreme
topped with pickle slices and more buffalo sauce
