Completely dependent on the agreement, if it's atypical it could be the restaurant, casino, or both. There's a restaurant at Foxwoods that surcharges 25% if paying with comps. I refuse to eat there because of that.

what a way to start the day!
not quite sure i'd call it a sandwich 'cause i like to eat it open faced, but a toasted everything bagel with a thick layer of herb cream cheese and tomato slices on each half topped with cracked black pepper & tobasco is one of my ideal breakfasts.

quick dinner sandwich tonite.
leftover chicken breast that spouse baked a few nights ago
toasted buns with a little bit of mayo and liberal amounts of buffalo sauce. her's on the right, mine on the left
ready to go under the broiler to melt the slices of sharp cheddar. she elected to go with the 'iron cross' technique, i went with the 'break off the corners and stack them on top' technique.
i think we can all tell who's technique reigns supreme
topped with pickle slices and more buffalo sauce
works every time

Oh man! I dont recall exactly my total (14 give or take) but that set me on a wild ice cream sandwich ride for a few months! Like 3-4 a day! Jesus christ.
