Fair critique, fact is that by day 4 leftover corned beef supplies were running low. Might have to actually buy some from the deli given how much I love a good reuben.

Great looking sandwich Da-nit! I’ve been to key west and along the keys many times. Many great restaurants and Cuban style coffee. I recall a great place called Hurricanes, excellent sandwiches and other goodies on one of the keys. The variety and exceptional greatness of the small restaurants are a real treat. Up and down the whole keys.
Zeno when was your last trip to the keys? I feel as though you’d be really disappointed. Place had been taken over by Florida and southern middle upper class boring white suburbia types. A bunch of bland generic white people from the south. Whole place felt like a poorly run Disney World. I’m going to join the mongoloid horde invasion by Californians of your great state the next spring break. Can you turn your place into an Airbnb?
Ham, pastrami, salami, pepper jack, red onion, tomato, romaine, banana peppers, mustard, mayo, Italian dressing, bolillo roll. Plated on my fine china for wtjish
Just put some roast beef in a pan for a little bit and flipped it, melted some provolone on top, then tomatoes and a nice bit of Kraft Horseradish sauce and this thing was exquisite, particularly given how easy it was to make.
I do something similar. I throw some raw onion and green peppers (cut fairly small) in the pan first to soften them up a bit and then add in rare roast beef (cut fairly thin) and then at the end add in some pepper-jack cheese. Enjoy on a wheat roll with a touch of mustard.
