locally caught albacore canned with jalapeno, mayo, sambal, cornichon, cracked black, and three cheese italian blend on sourdough. folded in half right after the pic.
might not be your cuppa tea, but imo great tuna makes a great tuna melt.

Bacon looks perfect! Tomato looks good, but I prefer a little thinner (that's just me.)

Would eat two or three of those sandwiches every night for a week!

I've probably posted this previously, but one of my longest lasting memories of college was going to the student grill and hearing one of the regular employees holler my order to the cook, "BLT, hold the lettish!"
