Bacon looks perfect! Tomato looks good, but I prefer a little thinner (that's just me.)

Would eat two or three of those sandwiches every night for a week!

Nah!

I've probably posted this previously, but one of my longest lasting memories of college was going to the student grill and hearing one of the regular employees holler my order to the cook, "BLT, hold the lettish!"

Cabbage sandwiches with the cabbage hot enough to melt the butter.
Don’t invite the vicar around shortly after.

What does the lettuce really even bring to the table in a BLT anyway?

How about..

BTBT!? With two thin slices of tomato. So you have bread/crunch/tomato/crunch/tomato.

I think I just stumbled upon pure greatness in sandwich form.

GF was talking about making fried green tomatos the other day and I asked her why she couldn't just use the red tomatoes we had right there. Is there any reason at all why you have to use green, other than there was a movie named Fried Green Tomatoes? Are green better than red for some reason or is it just some kind of long term homage to Julia Roberts?
