Made this tonight. I know my build would be hash brown, egg & cheese, bacon, hot sauce, but this was for GCDS so I left it up to him:

Whole Foods English Muffins. A defiant upgrade from the norm.

Made a good sandwich from random things from the fridge, actually a grilled cheese. Wheat bread, Mayo, mustard, hot sauce, onion, pickles, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, ham, provolone. Was decent, would be way better w Swiss and sriracha but ran out of those.

Last night, just past midnight, I made myself my first ever BLT.

Was aight. Tomato was the dominant flavor.

Slice tomato to desired thickness flavor.

This man knows sandwiches!

As the counterperson at my college's grill used to yell to the cook, "BLT! Hold the lettush."

It's a huge cliche at this point but it's hard to make a blt much better than "aight" outside of August and early September

Kelly’s Korner, North Buffalo, $10.75 with a draft or pop.

Place was about as Buffalo as you could get. I was in there at like $2PM and there’s guys drinking double shots and bottles of bud heavy like it was another Monday lunch.

That’s good because some guy from the PNW would probably say soda and those people find that offensive. You’d likely get a pop in the head.

i'd like to think a guy from the PNW wouldn't even consider saying something like 'pop' or 'soda' and go straight for the suds.
i think a man working outdoors feels more like a man if he can have a bottle of suds. that's only my opinion.
