and i'm sure SiMor is familiar with this (since i discovered it in Scotland), but if you like hot mustard and don't want it sweet, i suggest this stuff. i'm a big fan of all mustards/horseradish that just crawl right up your sinuses and make your eyes water. also fantastic on pretzels. spouse and i buy it by the case on amazon.

I have a bottle of this in my cupboard. In lock down I have really taken to polish hot dogs and this is a pretty good accompaniment.

i was in Prestwick and didn't want to go to the pub for dinner so i stopped by Sainsbury's and picked up some meat, cheese, rolls, and colman's. slathered it on like american french's mustard and almost blew off the back of my skull after the first bite.

Would have been my first two choices. Gives you a reason to return.

Sandwiches are ****ing amazing. Recently I was telling my old lady in the middle of the night while I was polishing a pair she had just made, that I can't ever recall a time I didn't finish a homemade sandwich, and similarly I don't think I've ever been ready for it to end. Ever.

Even something as plain as white bread, mayo (obv a brown mustard is optimal) a slice of American and a packet of Buddig's is ****ing devine.


All I've eaten in the last 24 hours is an apple, and Im currently coming up on edibles, some goddamn sandwiches are about to be made.

My most recent personal sandwiches. Roast beef, medium cheddar, mayo, spicy brown, and Famous Dave's pickle chips. I don't heavily sauce my bread ever.

Im just going to pic dump what my brother has sent me the last couple months. He's got a lot of amazing non sandwiches, too.

He grinds fresh beef at home to make burgers and they all get smoked. He makes the tastiest patties Ive ever had.
