Hey redeyes, its just a bit sweeter and smoother. The mixture is mayo (kewpie), salt, a touch of condensed milk, a touch of mustard. I also separate the egg yolk from the white and mash the yolks with the liquids before adding the whites back in.
Also, I was so disappointed with the bread that I skipped the extra step of doing a 7 and a half minute boiled egg for presentation.
