I suppose on a related note is it sub, submarine, hero or po’boy? I really think it’s sub and one of its best forms hails from where I originally come from. Someday I’ll open up a good sub shop here in Houston and a kolache shop back where I’m from.

I guess this counts as a sandwich.

Homemade biscuits, oven cooked bacon and fried eggs. Assemble with raw honey and a liberal amount of Crystal.

Yum.

Anti hot sauce or anti Crystal? If you have a cayenne vinegar based hot sauce that’s better I’m all ears. What I like is it’s only three ingredients, aged cayenne, vinegar and salt and the cayenne is the first ingredient.

Hot sauce makes everything taste better.

I'm not anti-Crystal, but I do like a hot sauce that also brings a little flavor as well as heat, and Tabasco, Crystal, etc don't cut. I prefer Cholula but I doubt it meets your strict requirements. Water, peppers (arbol and piquin), salt, vinegar, garlic powder, spices, and xanthan gum. Not perfect, but I'll take it.
