Grilled some Costco pre-marinated shawarma thighs

this recipe to make tzatziki sauce. Ended up adding quite a bit more of the dill+cucumber than it called for, and used Fage 5% greek yogurt. Use the highest fat% you can find - it's worth it.
Fyi the recipe in the storyline bs doesn't mention olive oil, but if you jump down to the condensed version at the bottom it does. I added some in before mixing and then drizzled more on top after it had chilled all day.
Sliced up the chicken and slathered the tzatziki on some flatbread with tomato, red onion, spinach, cucumber to make psuedo-gyros. Pic looks like dookie but they were delicious
