Greek type yogurt and toasted bread is an under appreciated combo.

Is there a taco thread?

I also like my dough products to skew under done. I ate a strip of raw tortilla and it was wonderful.

Never had avocado toast but I'm quite sure I'd like it just swimmingly.

Bro, I'll fly out there even though I'd probably get covid and lose my taste buds and bankroll, just to let you know the truth.

Spoiler:
Couldn't find the Robin Hood version

Never seen avocado toast with slices like that. I always mash them with a fork to a guac-like consistency.

This picture does not do it justice. From the menu: capicola ham, genoa salami, swiss, LTO, pepperoncini, eye-talian dressing, sesame seed roll. I present Streets of New York #7 - Best of Everything. Served broiled, so the cheese is melting and the bread toasty/crunchy. Not many locations outside of the metro Phoenix area. This was one of our go-to stoner food items while living bachelor style just after college. I've put down probably 30-40 myself over the years. This one was from last week, probably been a year since my previous. Like an old friend.

Looks like northwest and southwest Las Vegas metro area. South Summerlin and out the 95 past the 215. Can't vouch for Vegas SONYs, but the food at the locations I've been to in PHX is decent quality, and cost. Good if not memorable pizza, wings, etc. That sandwich is my fav, of course. My in-laws' (MiL from Queens, NY, as if they know pizza(?)) favorite pizza.

Is that another layer of bacon on the top? If not, it might be a little thin on the pork product, but I'd still gobble that right up.

Damn it's not even 10:30 here and I'm so ready for lunch. Just advanced ordered Habit (west coast burger chain) SB Char, but won't be ready for an hour (planned/fail).

making the bread from scratch potentially takes it to a whole different level.

Driven by necessity- couple days ago it looked like we were about to catch the brunt of two hurricanes here in NOLA, and there were no hot dog buns at the store and we had just gotten some delicious natural casing Dearborn Franks straight from in laws in Detroit.

So I looked up a hot dog bun recipe and turns out I suck at shaping rolls and a couple of them ended up more of a hoagie shape:

Add that to a fridge full of different deli meats that are nearing expiration and you have the sandwich.

I did an overnight rise in the fridge due to timing issues vs the short first rise, also did olive oil for the fat. Worked out great and reheated nicely as breadsticks with a dousing of garlic butter.

Additional generic sandwich compliment, shaft!

Really does look great!

Deuce,

Why so light on the bacon?
