I'm not sure how I feel about it as I'm iffy on yolks, I like them in soft boiled, fried, over easy but hate them in hard boiled & dont mind them in deviled but thats only because the flavor is buried in other stuff

there aren't many things more disappointing in breakfast than expecting eggs runny and finding them solid.
do you add a drizzle of water on the side right before the lid?
it helps the top glaze over, saw it in a Jacques Pepin video.

While browsing food videos, an ad for this gizmo popped up. Don't know how I missed it, but looks like it's been around for about 8 years. Alas, just another kitchen gadget I don't need. A little too phallic for my taste.

Alright I read the whole thread now.
