Don't know if this is what you are looking for, but just keep it simple.

Green Salsa *
10 Tomatillos
2 Garlic Cloves
1 Serrano Pepper
3 tbsp Cilantro
2 Avocado
Salt & Pepper to Taste
* I prefer 2 grilled jalapenos instead of the serranos

Link to how it's made with the best birria tacos you'll ever eat

Been a little obsessed with boudin sausage lately. Inspired by Red's carnitas hash and perfectly cooked eggs. (Steamed I assume)

Boudin hash.

Not revolutionary but I recentlyate at this Hash House place in Vegas at the Linq and the eggs came with melted cheese inside them. Must say it was delicious

I bought 5 dozen eggs at Costco earlier this week. Put them in the backseat to avoid breakage while putting everything else in the back. Forgot about the eggs and left them in the truck for around 6 hours, 70ish degree day. Oops. Going to finally bust some of them open today for one of those skillet notomelette things. Wish me luck!

How long does it take for salmonella to kick in? Made a Spanish Tortilla and been munching on it all day. No ill effects yet!

looks like costco eggs aren't pasteurized, which isn't surprising for pasture raised
salmonella is prominent in raw or under-cooked egg because it can transfer from the poop of a chicken that has it to the shell, and unclean handling from there may result in it getting the yolk better than a third of the people that read this far
my prediction: you'll be fine

Spoiler:
pasture raised and pasteurized seems like a bastardized phrase from the past to sell your eyes some eggs

Well, put a dozen or so back in the truck. Make omelets each morning, and let us know.

Cheap sausage links are awesome!

Had a bunch of Hawaiian rolls and ham leftover from Christmas. Sweetness of the rolls not too bad.

I seem to be in the minority, but yea, egg costs are much higher. But it was so cheap before, is it a big deal that it's .35 an egg instead of .10?

*obviously i'm not a diner or a business with bulk egg costs*

The avian flu only affected something like 5% of egg producers. The price inflation is absolute bullshit.
