I’m thinking some egg in the hole bacon and cheese sandwiches are gonna be in my future.

i've had two bacon and tomato sandwiches each weekend for the past month and can confidently say i've perfected oven bacon. use a tray rack and start in a cold oven turned to 370*. check at 25 minutes, but the slices will likely need 5 more minutes give or take. pull out and pat dry both sides.

needs more precision, less jackson pollacky with the hotsauce but that breakfast is very much rickroll approved

i'm a purist with the potatoes though (we've had this conversation before) but i doubt yours took 15-20 minutes to prepare like mine do and probably tastes better too cause that processed stuff got the crisp factor due to being parboiled then frozen beforehand

Hey, when you use three different hot sauces, it's gonna get a little Jackson Pollacky baby.

And air fryer hash browns are LEGIT.

next time cut it half, remove pit, keep in the skin and run a knife cross section through it, add salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar, olive oil

eat out of it directly with a fork or spoon

you're welcome america

That's ok, I'm good with washing a bowl or 2 here and there. Thanks though.

Looks like perfect sunny side right there.

Wow, never realized you could eat avocado with no plates or prep like an incel neet.

That was actually my first ever attempt at sunny side up, I've always been a flipper. Based on multiple comments by Mr. Redsoreeyes though, I had to try it this way.

did you lid it? they're really close, but the clear whites surrounding the yolk suggest a bit longer cook. dropping a lid (preferably a glass one) traps the heat inside and cooks the whites from the top as well as the bottom.
give it a rip and let us know how it turns out

*edit: glass is the suggestion because it's easier to see when the whites glaze over.
