Don't you dare bring SPAM into this mess.

My dad could buy cheaper eggs than your dad!

A bit sluggish and bleary eyed this morning. I hastily cooked two eggs over easy, put them in a coffee mug, and scooped a dollop of salsa on top. Ate it with a spoon in about 30 seconds.

I know how to enjoy the finer things.

Eating things foods out of mugs is the high life. Frick a bowl, with it's shallow depths and no handle having bum.

I don't like the idea of eggs in a mug. Seems wrong and unappetizing.

Actually I think what I dont like is just the idea of eating plain eggs by themselves. Needs some meat and/or toast if the yolk is runny. I can do scrambled eggs on their own, but they really need one or more of cheese, meat, diced veggie, etc to be enjoyable

How about the omelette station at a breakfast buffet!?

All the copious amounts of choices!

Not a fan of omelettes, but I have found those to be excellent for obtaining eggs over easy.

Some of those buffets don't have egg-eggs. They have bags of liquid egg-like substance. I don't know what it really is. Omelettes are good though.

I haven't run across any that didn't have real eggs--not that some don't, of course--but many do make their omelettes from that "egg goop."

Because of this thread I got the corned beef hash at one of my very favorite places. I don’t believe I’ve had it here before as it’s not something I order very much, but it was fantastic. Thanks gang.

Not pictured was an Everything bagel that I would put the egg covered hash on top of and eat it that way also. Certainly made it all even better.

Corned beef hash with runny eggs on top is one of my favorite things ever.

I just stay ignorant with what is actually in it. The last time I made it my wife almost threw up

You’re in Vegas right Malucci? May I ask where this is? My typical morning ritual in Vegas is going somewhere for corned beef hash. Would like to check this place out if I ever get back.

Edit looks The Bagel Cafe. Went to Bagelmania on a recommendation from Wyman. Good thing about Bagelmania is it’s practically walking distance to the Westgate superbook.
