One of my favorite breakfasts.
Scrambled eggs with ham and spinach over sourdough. American cheese + heavy cream mixed in with the eggs.

I've tried that method a few times and can confirm that it works quite well, though the results are not so tidy. Tastes great tho, especially if you add bacon.

I used some of these methods - except the Indian girl's choice for eggs was lol. I learned many Indians don't like egg yolks.
