IRISH BENE

Two mounds of our famous homemade corned beef hash on homefries, topped with poached eggs and our delicious hollandaise

$10.49
Which reminds me, I'm way overdue. Take-out later, methinks.

A la carte? **** yeah that too.
Same here. First thing I do after I open a new dozen is to boil 8 of em, eat 2 with sausage and toast, save 6 for the next few days. Great for a meal or a snack, tasty, portable, easy to eat. Hell even the toothless grandmas can eat these, you know the ones this virus hasn't killed yet.

Not a fan of eggs benedict, Hollandaise in the morning isn't for me.

I like avocado toast with a poached egg, though.

Omelettes with cheese and veggies such as green asparagus. Then Spanish omelette (very savoury). And finally khai chiao (Thai omelette).

Not worthy of a separate thread. It's just eggs. Not like me wanting to punch DoucheBagBoyfriend in the face.

I'm quite familiar with good corned beef hash. But, the dog food in a can is surprisingly good if you're in a pinch -- and do it right.

This, eggs are so ****ing good. Even my vegan gf has come around. They pack a surprising protein punch and are crazy versatile. Little orbs of delicious wonder!

Per Gordan Ramsay, the real trick to scrambled is to keep those eggs moving. Never let them settle in the pan.

I thought it was dumb until I tried it.

Love this!
Exactly what I've always pictured the legendary Bighurt whipping up for a light pre-breakfast snack.

I've seen Ramsay's eggs. I have not tasted them, but they look like a sloppy mess to me.

How do you eat it? Fork? Spoon? Good ole fangers?

Same here. When I go to IHOP I get 4 fried eggs to go, afterward. (I can't cook in my current situation). Then I have egg sammiches for the next couple days.

I used to be lactose intolerant and could only eat eggs every 3 days. Thank goodness I grew out of it.

Uh, what? I'm lactose intolerant and eat eggs... because they don't have lactose in them.

That's my boy. Doesn't matter.

Just add a few fried eggs -- who cares?

Uh, just because eggs are located in the dairy section doesn't mean they're, you know, dairy.
