Same here. First thing I do after I open a new dozen is to boil 8 of em, eat 2 with sausage and toast, save 6 for the next few days. Great for a meal or a snack, tasty, portable, easy to eat. Hell even the toothless grandmas can eat these, you know the ones this virus hasn't killed yet.

Not a fan of eggs benedict, Hollandaise in the morning isn't for me.

I like avocado toast with a poached egg, though.

Omelettes with cheese and veggies such as green asparagus. Then Spanish omelette (very savoury). And finally khai chiao (Thai omelette).

Same here. When I go to IHOP I get 4 fried eggs to go, afterward. (I can't cook in my current situation). Then I have egg sammiches for the next couple days.

I used to be lactose intolerant and could only eat eggs every 3 days. Thank goodness I grew out of it.
