Now I don't think this will catch on like the highly entertaining "What's the deal with cereal?" thread, but a lot can happen with eggs. From which came first etc... to delicious food selections. I'm going to start with food and this one is uno in my books. Very plain but often exquisite.

One of my favorite ways to have eggs is also one of the easiest and something my mom made when I was a kid. Three soft boiled eggs*, two pieces of toast. Cut the toast into small squares and mix the toast with the eggs in a coffee mug. I’m a simple person, with simple tastes.
Standing by for incoming hate...
(*mom used two eggs; I like a higher egg to bread ratio)
Place near me has benedict, but with corned beef in place of that trash canadian ham.
What? That’s combining two of my favorite food groups. Others make trips to Vegas centered around the WSOP, mine are centered around corned beef hash which is scant in my parts.

Mom used to make me a soft-boiled egg, put it in a coffee cup, mix it up with a spoon, and hand it off to me. All the nostalgia.
