Can someone clarify the silly US nutritional labelling for me.

Does 'Per 1 ⅓ Cup Serving' mean one serving is ⅓ of a cup, or one serving is 1+⅓ cup?

Lol if it's the former! and, to a slightly lesser extent, the latter as well...

Greatest food inventions of all time? Great take, brah. I’m guessing you’re not well versed on nutrition? The ad gurus who came up with the idea of a carb laden breakfast are responsible for the fattening of this country and the rise of heart disease. The only worse breakfast idea is the donut.

Eating 100%carbs for breakfast is like someone who still smokes cigarettes. All the evidence is there they just don’t care. I occasionally eat it as a snack. Cracklin oat bran soggy, fruity pebbles, and basic 4 come to mind as favorites

Definitely wanted more waffle. The sweetness from the fruity pebbles is almost sickening. Barely finished the bowl.

I think this cereal is best consumed dry, as more than a handful is sugary overkill.
