No mention of water, but I personally drink 1 - 2 gals per day myself. Just put it on 16 hours in advance of drinking, though I have put them on with my first drink and they worked well. You still may not feel 100% the next day if drinking a lot but you won't have the headache part of the hangover.

Amazon Fire TV - I have Prime so it's nice having the Amazon instant video so readily available.

Kent Beard/Moustache comb. Glides through my beard with no pulls/snags.

Mandatory Dollar Cat backpack. Pussy and Money...what's not to love?

I also bought a 13" Macbook Pro Retina a few weeks ago and love it.

Thanks for the reminder, forgot to add one to my cart after removing the one that wasn't part of prime free shipping. Beard oil is a must if you haven't tried it yet. I used to trim my goatee short any time it got too long and hard to keep under control but the beard oil has allowed me to grow it to an unnecessarily long length now.

If you have a longer/larger beard I would also recommend getting a bigger comb. I really like the Kent but it is on the smaller side. Like really small. Great for the Moustache and as a travel comb but for everyday use I think a bigger one would be better.

I ordered this one last night.
Made by Huntsman Beard

It is a bit more than some of the other ones like it but those were made in China and this one appears to be made in America.

As far as the beard oil goes you are absolutely correct and I'm actually going to make my own that way I can experiment with some different oils. If you google "homemade beard oil" you will get all sorts of results and it seems like the better value for your money.

Just got the Huntsman beard comb (one day shipping FTW) and it is made in China. Some of the teeth are also crooked. Not worth the extra money compared to some of the others IMO. Will probably return.

This product is just vitamin b-1 administered with a transdermal patch. You can just go on amazon and get the same thing 40-50x cheaper.

http://www.amazon.com/Vitamin-B-1-Th...vitamin+B-1%29

Buy that and if the B-1 really helps then take a pill instead of applying a patch and use your incredible savings to buy more booze.

In before pills don't work as well.

U might want to try before you review.

I take b1 vitamins every day and they do nothing for a hangover. The patches (which I don't use every day, only if I am going to drink) work like a charm, don't care if anyone (that hasn't used them) thinks they don't.

Just bought a pack to try them out. Where do you usually put them on?

any hairless spot. I usually go with the biceps and if drinking again in a day or two alternate arms and/or spots on the bicep. They work best if you put them on 12 - 16 hours before your first drink IME, though I have put them on right before my first drink and they certainly helped. I used to have some wicked bourbon hangovers before I started using them.

Also love the FootJoy DNA shoes. Paid 110€ and would again. Now after maybe 100 rounds (many in wet weather) they are still okay. Had Titleist Stadry carrybag, and last years version broke down in a couple of ways. Got this years version as a replacement and like it a lot, feels better on back and zippers and other small details are better. SunMountain might be at least as good though, from what people say.

Bought a Neato. Would highly recommend. Does a great job, and vacuuming your place everyday makes a surprising difference. Also keeps you motivated to keep floors tidy.

I'm sure I could do this research myself but what's the cost difference between a neato and a roomba? I have a small apt that's all hardwood and am considering getting some sort of robotic device.

As mentioned before I hate that you can see the spikes, I went with whatever they replaced the Classics Lite with can't remember the name.

have been buying lots from amazon but nothing super interesting.

on the cooking front, i think i have recommended in this thread in the past a little chainmail thing for cleaning cast irons. well, that's still good, but i also really like the lodge brush.

i also have 2 all clad non-sticks arriving tomorrow. 'don't pay a ton for non-stick' is common advice, but this is two for $60 which is pretty sick! they can go in the oven and the dishwasher, though i'm guessing the latter probably isn't the best idea in the long run. anyway, i imagine i'll be happy with this purchase.

oh, i also got some more anker stuff:

anker 20100 charger - this is such a bargain at $40. great for business trips, or carrying round every day in your messenger bag, etc. depending on your needs/devices, you might want to get the $66 version instead, but probably not.

i also really like this 6ft nylon cable. just feels super nice and built to last.

I just recently picked up an Instant Pot Pressure Cooker and it's pretty sweet. You can cook meats, potatoes, veggies, beans, etc, super easy. It's not necessarily faster for meats (sometimes it is), just less work and easier cleanup. It's way faster for some things like beans though. You can also do it with a timer so put it all in the instant pot in the morning and have it ready to go when you get home. All of the meals I have tried have come out excellent so far, very juicy chicken. I've mostly just thrown like two chicken breasts on the bottom and some potatoes or veggies on the top rack and haven't tried stews or anything yet. I prefer it a lot to a crock pot, because in a crock pot if you put in chicken and potatoes, it all ends up tasting the same, but the instant pot keeps individual flavors really well. I also got a rice cooker as well, and that thing is awesome as well. It will probably pay for itself, because I now buy those 15-30lb rice bags instead of instant rice. Much better rice than I personally ever was able to make in a pot. The instant pot can do rice as well, but I like to do the rice in the rice cooker, and then put meats in the instant pot.

For me, it's Google Wifi - a set of 3 routers/access points that creates a mesh network in my home. I've been dealing with bad wireless/internet at home forever (had multiple routers tied together with powerline adapters) and everything has been super smooth ever since I got the google system set up. Full coverage all over the house and very simple to manage.

2 thumbs up, would buy again.
