Spyderco Triangle Knife Sharpener

This has been the easiest device I found that seriously sharpens everything. The included video (can be found on youtube) is like 90s quality but is a great demonstration of how to sharpen things from knives (w/ and w/o serrations) to chisels, scissors, fish hooks... pretty much anything you might want to sharpen. I sharpened everything in my apt with this and I was actually kind of bummed by how easy it was and how quickly I got through everything.

Remembered this from the old thread and picked one up recently. Pretty happy with it.

I just found out what a bath sheet was the other day while listening to the radio.

A bath sheet is a REALLY big bath towel. It's bigger than most beach towels.

On Hammacher Schlemmer, a bath sheet is 70" L x 39" W and weighs three and a half pounds while a bath towel is 55" L x 27" W and weighs two pounds.

Bath sheets and towels are generally not this large or heavy.

I bought 2 towels a few months ago just wanting big towels, simple - but one of them was this thing called a bath sheet and gigantic. I think I'm going to get rid of it - it's like wrapping yourself in a carpet. I hate it.

I hadn't mentioned this thread to the wife, but while we were out and about yesterday, she mentioned wanting to get more bath sheets from Hammacher Schlemmer.

I remember when my stepfather was looking for another vehicle and I suggested a Hyundai which had just come out. Best thing going for them back then was the price which was comparable to some of the used vehicles he was looking at. He didn't buy one because Hyundai didn't "butter his biscuit."

Looking at them through the years, I couldn't imagine buying one because quality is one of the things the wife and I look for most when it comes to cars and I just didn't think they had it.

Now, the wife and I are looking at a Hyundai Kona when it comes time to replace her car.

Times have changed.
