When I was in college and still listening to AM (ugh!) radio when FM stations were sparse or off the air part of the time, I could always rely on WDIA from Memphis for good music. Sunday mornings was a dead time for music on nearly all stations (God's time dontcha know?), but WDIA often had Rufus Thomas dj'ing and playing healthy doses of selections from Booker T as well as Rufus' daughter Carla. Good times!
