For me its Heinz Ketchup, Guldens Spicy Mustard and Hellmans Mayo.

I also feel like Soy Sauce is underrated here and is definitely 4th on the list.

Theres so many different condiments out there now whats some of your favorites?

I have probably thirty in there right now but must haves:
- dill mustard - perfect for sandwiches or wraps. The superior mustard choice
- sriracha - my 'hot' sauce of choice. I have like ten in there now but it gets over half my play
- pepperoncinis - best pickled pepper for anything you'd want them for
- Cavenders Greek seasoning - great on any meat or vegetable

Honorable mentions to roasted red pepper and garlic seasoning and just straight up cloves of garlic

some kind of stone ground mustard
5-10 hot sauces including siracha, EL Yucateco green, Melinda's, Tabasco and other local types
Kikkoman soy sauce
hoisin sauce
fish sauce
sweet chili sauce
Balsamic glaze

Probably others, if a name brand is listed we're consistent, if not it can be anything

Also, I grew up not putting soy sauce or ketchup in the fridge, my wife did so that's where they live now.

None of those hot sauces require refridge, IMO.

I would add Cholula, wood, green and brown top (reg, Chili Lime and Chipotle), except they aren't in the fridge:

Are you guys keeping all of your butter in the fridge too? I mean, except the stick that is currently "in use."

Nothing quite grinds my gears like making toast and realizing I don't have any butter at room temp. Always fun to ruin the toast by crushing it with rock hard butter.
