OP is a 19-yr-old Romanian who initially wanted to know more about casino dealing and whether it could lead to a stable and lucrative career. I want to become a dealer but I don't know what skills are required for this job. Do I need to know a lot of math?I'm good at basic math but not advanced math.Also I'm a non-smoking person and when I see someone smoking I get sick.Is this the right job for me or should I choose something else.I have read most of the forums but none of them told me the reality of how life in a casino would be.

If you're in the US you will mostly be relying on tips for income. Math is just addition and memorizing breakpoints for rake.

What is a lot of money in your opinion? It's a job in the service industry, not CEO of the casino. You don't need a college degree or years of training to get a job.

You'll be taught the necessary skills in Dealer school which you'll have to pay for yourself.

Basic math. Since you're in a poker thread, you'll need to know how to add two numbers together, typically both numbers are divisible by 5 or are less than 50. You'll also need to know how to multiple numbers divisible by 5 by 3 and then add another number or numbers to them (also divisible by 5). You'll need to expand your memorization of your multiple tables, generally knowing every number from 1-20 multiplied by 1-5, along with 35, 45, and 75 up to at least 6. This stuff comes naturally though.

I don't understand your question. Dealers get tips which can usually push them over $20 an hour. In high end casinos I've heard they can easily make $30 or more.

I am 19 and I live in Romania.I want to emmigrate in Greece and I want to work there as a casino dealer for a few months.I learned blackjack and baccarat and holdem poker from the internet so I know some things about this job.I graduated highschool and I read some posts in here about dealers making less salary at start.I never worked in this industry so I asked if someone could tell me how the life is in the casino.I didn't know that in casinos you will be spitted,hated,humiliated and I believed at the age of 17-18 that this is a chance where you can earn money easily if you are an undergraduate.
Do I stand a chance in this industry?I have a family that supports me so that won't make me a homeless guy.

Good news is that you can just move to Greece if you like to, thanks to the EU.

Bad news is that no other country in Europe has a youth unemployment rate as bad as Greece. More than 40% of 16-24 year olds in Greece are unemployed which raises the question why you think you would get a job in a casino there?

I don’t think we have many people here who work in a casino in Greece. My knowledge is limited to playing in Athens and Thessaloniki and based on that I would think that poker isn’t a big thing in Greece. You should contact one of the casinos and ask them directly about employment opportunities.

Well if Greece is not an option for me what countries in the EU still play poker in casinos?
I am limited in my knowledge and I don't know a lot about countries with poker players.

Currency conversion rates are easily found on the interwebs, which we know you have access to by the very fact you are posting here. Those same search engines will help to determine costs of living in the jurisdictions to where you seek to gain employment.

Whether those anticipated income streams and costs of living are compatible is something only the individual in question can determine.

As to the likelihood of gaining employment...my guess is that it isn't happening if you are as incapable in daily life of answering simple questions and using logic as you have placed on display in this thread. If the employment pool IS that weak, then I weep for the patrons of the casinos over there...

In my country online poker is dead and I'm not so sure about live poker.Come to think a bit poker in our country died a long time ago and now most of them play for sports bets.It's just not fair that you guys have a lot of players that enjoy poker in your country and in my country I can barelly see that.
