Thanks for yet another enlightening peak into the cheery mindset of a bushel-of-apples-a-day+10-pounds-of-broccoli-eater. Sweet/Sick life... in so many ways.

That was 17 years ago. Since I figured out the cause there has been no problem.
If you couldn't hit the crapper each morning easily on a vegetarian diet, then you probably ate too many cheese sandwiches or something.

You sound like you have a thrombosed hemorrhoid in need of excising. Maybe if you ask nicely, LBR will let you borrow his inflatable donut.

Hemorrhoids, stool quantities, and people reading twoplustwo on the john. This thread is super appetizing today.

I do it and I kind of get a kick out of it. But it takes me all of half an hour a week since I'm not eating 35000 calories every seven days.

It's actually Tofu Baby Rack Ribs. I wanted to see if I could fool someone.

I got the recipe from one of Gregorio's links.

It's was the first link below the picture.

I used Rufus Teague bbq sauce and didn't do the root veg side.

Fair enough, I guess - keep at it, young squire.

Not every day, no. Cals were actually short by 400 and 50g sugars due to the supp I took wasn't listed, and I'm too lazy to configure.

Had about another 1g more than listed.

Micros are automatically populated, so it's no more tedious than tracking macros. Both of which, I'm not totally convinced about doing for myself.

All food, baby (one fortified item, though, but no A in it).

Definitely using your phone on the crapper and then trying to hand it to a buddy later to check out a text or whatever is the worst.

Looks good.

Short ribs and baby back ribs are different cuts of meat and come from different animals, which is pretty nitty I suppose, but I insist on naming accuracy for fake meat.

LOL is a serious athlete, I think.

I eat around 1800 calories a day, and I get about 200-250 g of carbs. I recently started to shoot for 90 g of protein but I don't always make it. I don't allow myself to drop below 65. (And I'm also always about to turn orange from vitamin A...)

And vegan nutrition is all over the place, just like omni nutrition.

No, a typical vegan diet (IME) looks like ****... Cap’n Crunch, potato chips, Daiya cheese, refined grains/sugars, Boca burgers, Red Vines, et al., with little to no mindfulness of where, how, or if they're getting in B12, D, and DHA. Fortunately for them, like most all processed foods, vegan or otherwise, they are fortified, and junk food vegans can squeak by.

If scaled down/up to one's caloric needs, yeah, I think it's healthy. As for the carbs, 5% of those carbs were simple carbs, 21% of those carbs were from whole fruits, and the rest were complex carbs.

I feel like I could eat all these and still be under your sugar intake lol. I really don't get what you're doing that allows for that many calories and that much sugar. Ultra runner?

Would like to know where you're getting that much potassium too, I'm almost always deficient.

Running, yeah. Potassium from beet greens, spinach, squash, broccoli, beans, lentils, nuts, sweet potatoes, bananas, cantaloupe, oranges, and at times a bushel of apples

So what’s the theory behind your particular diet with regards to performance and endurance? That much sugar seems crazy but I am neither a dietician nor an endurance runner. I’m also not ****ting on you, just genuinely curious.

If glycogen reserves are not being adequately replenished with sugars/carbohydrates, then the body will catabolize muscle for energy.
