SAN DIEGO — Oct. 17, 2019 — To The Stars Academy of Arts & Science (TTSA) announced today a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) with the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command to advance TTSA’s materiel and technology innovations in order to develop enhanced capabilities for Army ground vehicles.

TTSA’s technology solutions, which leverage developments in material science, space-time metric engineering, quantum physics, beamed energy propulsion, and active camouflage, have the potential to enhance survivability and effectiveness of multiple Army systems. TTSA will share its discoveries with Ground Vehicle System Center (GVSC) and Ground Vehicle Survivability and Protection (GVSP) and the U.S. Army shall provide laboratories, expertise, support, and resources to help characterize the technologies and its applications.

“Our partnership with TTSA serves as an exciting, non-traditional source for novel materials and transformational technologies to enhance our military ground system capabilities,” said Dr. Joseph Cannon of U.S. Army Futures Command. “At the Army's Ground Vehicle Systems Center, we look forward to this partnership and the potential technical innovations forthcoming.”

Steve Justice, TTSA’s COO and Aerospace Division Director added that, “This cooperative research agreement brings additional, critically important expertise that is necessary to advance the state-of-the-art in both our near and long-term technology areas of study. While the Army has specific military performance interests in the research, much of the work is expected to have dual-use application in support of TTSA’s path to commercialization and public benefit mission.”

This is absolutely the case. That there are UFO's, there is no doubt. The government/pentagon has admitted this and provided proof.

The question is WHERE/WHO is behind these UFO's. Could be Russia/China, could be private industry (Google, Bill Gates, Elon Mush, Rothchilds?). Could be "space aliens", could be NTI (non-terrestrial intelligence), could be humans from the future, could be humans from another alternate dimension. Could it be we are in a simulation, and the UFO's are some defect/artifact of the simulation? Could it be USA military that is "secret" division? It could be something that we don't even know of or could comprehend?

Most of the UFO sightings by the military started when they started installing new, high resolution radars. With the carrier groups, they were picking the UFO's up on the ship based radars. They were showing up on the ship, and that is why they sent the planes out to investigate. The plane's pilots frequently saw them, saw them on their radar, and recording them on the gun's camera. So I don't think there is any doubt that there are indeed UFO's.

The question is what they are, and who is behind them.

In the movie Abyss, there were "aliens" who lived deep in the ocean. They were here the whole time, they just stayed hidden/out of sight.

OR could the UFO's be a remnant of an earlier civilization that was on Earth 10 million, 50 million, 100 million years ago? Many scientists have pondered if there has been an intelligent and technological civilization on Earth before us. If this previous civilization was here long enough ago, it would be almost impossible to find traces of them...things disintegrate, plate tectonics subsumes everything eventually, and it would be almost impossible to find traces of it. There was a Star Trek episode about this. There was a race of intelligent dinosaurs who lived on Earth a billion years ago. They sent out a colony ship into space and the Enterprise ran into them. Interesting episode!

So there are definitely weird things going on!

A couple of interesting things to be mentioned in that report...

A lot of these objects are going faster than the speed of sound, but not making a sonic boom.

There are evidently a lot more sightings than have been previously revealed. A bunch of the sightings have the objects being picked up on radar/sensors and visual contact.
