I've been a big fan of him for years.
A lot of interesting free content on YouTube.
Recently I've been wondering, does he actually know what he's talking about, or is he just yelling as loud as possible to make some money?
A few red flags I've seen:
- Talking about energy and working hard, but looks dead tired in some of his videos.
- A lot of advice, science and theories, but actual practical steps seem to be missing often.
Any others who follow him?
