I never met a thief who couldn't rationalize their stealing.

Congrats, fatty!

You've admitted to stealing itt. If someone gives you two $5 and a $1 bill on a $6 something bill, then it's your job to give them their correct change. Anything else is stealing.

NO it's not, because we were able to receive tips and the customers didn't KNOWINGLY give me over the amount IDIOT! IT IS NOT STEALING if the customers don't even have any **KNOWLEDGE*** they gave me more.

You're making assumptions. Let me give you a hint, most waiters have similar assumptions when someone gives them a certain amount of cash; you know the one you've been blasting them for paragraphs about. When you make assumptions....you know how it goes. You can't whine about them stealing from you, when you have done the exact same thing.

What are you talking about scumbag, that makes it even worse.

Besides, theft is impossible in the scenario where the customer knowingly gave too much since: A) The honest waiter (opposite of a thief like you) gives the correct change back or B) The thieving waiter (that's you) tries to stiff the customer but gets told to get the correct change. I guess a scumbag like you would try to stick to the story here though and never admit the theft.

i make assumptions like this for example. the order comes to 18$ i get handed a 20$ and 2 singles. i never ask if the person wants change when taking deliveries.

Springs,
Do you think your boss fired becasue you are fat, or becasue he knew you were stealing?
Do you think that was fair?

Yeah, if you're dumb.

I worked as a bank teller for years. I dealt with more money in a day than you did during your entire career in the donut industry. I was never short $100 at the end of any day, and this includes the 10-11 hour days at the drive-thru where I averaged more than one customer per minute.

What kind of ****ty donut shop gives the customer his food before he pays?

And if he didn't have his food yet, why waste your customers' time by going outside? Just wait for the guy to come back and pay before you give him his food.

You sound like a terrible employee. Nobody cares about your "perfect attendance"; that doesn't make you a good employee. In fact, if you're consistently short in your drawer, or consistently stealing from your customers, it's probably BETTER for the store if you're not there.

Some people I have written this story to acted like I should have charged my co-worker wholesale lady for the donuts. I couldn't have anyways, because we got them FREE on the clock so it's not like I could charge her honestly, I couldn't have, because she had them for free.
If she got them for free, why can't she then give them away to a customer? You sound like a power-hungry *****. Give a small-minded person a little power and watch them abuse it.

No surprise Springs is an incompetent fraud on top of being a cheap loser. She should've been tipping the donut shop owner for letting her work there when she's incapable of basic math

Springs1 has to have a mental disability right? She also must have a google alert or something every time her name is written somewhere.

It's incredible how many forums and sites she posts her garbage on

Then that means I could have given away them. Wouldn't my boss had fired us if we didn't "SELL" donuts? It would go out of business then. Also, by not selling as much as I could, I was only hurting myself as well as my co-workers with less raises or amounts of raises as well as christmas bonuses.

Since when can an employee give away items without PERMISSION if nothing went wrong, huh? NOBODY can. YOU ARE AN IDIOT!

As I said, my boss said I was responsible for ringing up the employee's beer that worked in the kitchen, but someone that was a regular customer can get a freebie, WTH??? NO, that's not how a ******BUSINESS********** is ran. You don't give away your products or you will be out of business DUMMY!

I got them for free too, but it's not so you can give them away, it's so if you eat them on the clock. Like we couldn't just bring home donuts without paying half-price for them. If we could just take them, then all employees would have fed their friends and families IDIOT. You are DUMB to suggest such an *****IGNORANT******** thing!
