There needs to be a lesser version of the exclamation point. Too often you're stuck between no exclamation, making you come off as ungrateful, crabby, or sarcastic, or an exclamation mark, making you sound overly excited.

When I'm watching a movie or TV show and there is mumbling in the back ground. After listening closely, there is no real talk, just mumbling.

Do real words cost more?

Apparently it is sometimes difficult for background extras to come up with conversation so they either mumble or repeat the word 'rhubarb' over and over again.

When your flight arrives 20 minutes early, but then you have to wait on the taxiway for 10 minutes because the damn gate is still occupied.

Unless you're in a speed trap jurisdiction, I'd presume that the possible cop who's watching this area leaves once all the kiddies are safely inside.

This definitely should piss me off but **** flathead (slotted) screws. I'm taking down all the blinds in my house and whoever put them up used awesome Philips head screws for most and awful flathead screws for 2. I'm working at an awkward angle so it's hard to see the slot so every time (there are tons of times cuz the slot is awful at maintaining screwdriver/screw coupling esp. at a bad angle) the screwdriver slips out i have to step back to see what angle the slot is at and then spin my electric screwdriver like 4 times until i stop at the perfect angle. Then I get 1/16 of a single rotation before another slip and repeat.

Yeah, Phillips strip way too easily. Pretty sure they are still used because everyone has a screwdriver for them. Torx are superior.

Philips do strip pretty easily and also aren't great but they're infinitely better than flathead.
