I work in a two store building and because of how it is designed, the elevator is closer than stairs when coming to or form the lunch room, so myself and many others use it pretty often. So, the door will open, I am ready to get off, and some jackass sees me and then tries to get on before I can get off. There are only two floors moron! Where exactly did you think I was going? Back to the other floor? It shouldnt piss me off because I have been there for quite a while and I am used to it, but I still feel like shaking the person and asking them wtf is wrong with them.

Popular how? Money speaks the loudest and football generates much, much more money than rugby. Rugby is a cool sport, but it nothing compared to how big football is, because USA#1.

This statement would all be correct if you were talking about European football aka soccer... More popular, more globally relevant, and I hope we can all agree... A distant third to both rugby and American football.

Cold water is actually much harder to chug. When I'm exercising I prefer room temperature water.

The fact that most water 'coolers' here are actually water heaters due to the Cantonese proclivity for drinking hot water all the time.

I mean, that's a pretty stupid definition of popular that basically means whatever the US cares about most is globally the most popular. If 100x more people care about something, but their per capita earnings are 1/1000th of the smaller group's, it is still more popular, even though the salaries will be lower and ad time will be cheaper.

I have no clue how many people care about rugby in relation to how many care about American football, fwiw. Just want to point out txdome being stupid in yet another thread.

You seem to be very deluded. Soccer and football are so much more profitable and popular than rugby it's ludicrous that you would state otherwise. Check some attendance and television numbers if you want to see how wrong you are.

This is a pretty accurate list in my view. It actually has rugby and American football level.

You seem to struggle with reading comprehension. Probably goes along with being a hateful douche bag.

In terms of money. It's soccer > NFL >>>>> rugby.

Txdome,

Problem with rugby is that it's actually played in other timezones as well, say the world cup starting in a few days, it'll be played in the UK. Now say you live in New Zealand, the timezone is a difference of around 12 hours (Depending on summer / winter time and such, last year my time difference between Holland and NZ was 12 hours). You won't be able to see each game live, but you can bet your life on it that the real fans will be watching.

This can often lead to lower numbers in watching, attendance is smaller because unlike AF we don't really care about huge posh stadiums. Most stadiums in New Zealand are quite small and don't have things such as skyboxes (guessing these are pretty common in the USA from what I've seen from stadiums).

I suggest you watch a game of Sevens, the USA actually has a pretty good team in that game. A game of Union will be too boring to start with for outsiders I think.

It's a beautiful sport with a good amount of ethics where we actually raise problem children through the sport.

And @ Rugby, as if anyone of us really cares how much money the players on the field make? It's about love for the game and commitment IMO, and no sport goes further in that than ours!

People who let the dealership they bought their car from put **** on their bumper.

The license plate frame advertisement isn't as bad but still annoys me.

Does a dealer not mark the car before it goes out on the lot?

No. At least not for new cars. Dealers trade cars all the time to meet buyers needs. Can't have another dealer's name on a car you sell.

Once I took delivery of a car and the last thing they did was put the sticker on the bumper. I told them not to bother since I was taking it off any way. Guy said it was his job he got in trouble if he didn't do it. So I watched him put it on and then he watched me take it off.

David Eckstein is the world rugby president, ldo.

But thanks to this tangent I now know to keep my eye out for the rugby world cup! I like watching rugby, but only seem to find it on when the college sevens tournament is on or other rare times.
