either way, i find it highly unlikely you don't 1) acknowledge the biker 2) lose your train of thought at least somewhat 3) anticipate the biker ****ing up and ending up in front of you and either killing him or killing yourself/causing a 10-car pileup, and the resulting fallout- in the instance you kill him, you're going to be stuck on the side of the road for a good 5 hours as the neighbors, local cops, fire department, homicide, your grandparents, the evening news, etc. show up, causing emotional duress/embarrassment/sadness, leading to a rough few weeks at LEAST for you followed by court, lawyers, witnesses, evening news, and having to explain why you weren't paying more attention to God at the entrance of heaven...and pretty much the exact same fallout if you swerve into the other lane to save the biker except worse because you'll need a new car.
or 4) aren't slightly annoyed (even in your diagram you're heading off to the left a bit)
all because an a$$hole guy training for the tour de france felt it necessary to ride his bike on a main road
