If they rounded down, then whatever. But even if I am eating individually at a fast food place, I would only notice this at maybe the $0.50 level. Who the **** adds up to the penny?

When driving on a freeway at the speed limit and another car comes up from an onramp and has to merge into your lane. Rarely does anyone get up to the speed limit before they merge in front of me, making me break. FFS, you have room in your merging lane to speed up before merging!

Also when motoring along in cruise control at the speed limit on the freeway and another car is sitting behind you getting closer and closer until they get impatient and decide to overtake, then once they do, they slow down to just below the limit making you have to overtake them! rinse and repeat .....WTF BRO!
