I don't like gambling very much, yet I am pissed off there is little to bet on. You'd think someone would take advantage of the supply gap, maybe creativity is really dead. Similar, I am inexplicably upset that video game simulations are popular.

Although, I'm hesitant to admit, some of my hatred may come from the fear that if I played it. I might like it.

Having to fill in a form to look up something I got in a link in email.

First, you should be able to encode anything in the link itself so it's not visible to/changeable by the user.

Second, when order number (or whatever) is clickable in the link you send me, don't make me type it in again on the 'order status' form. Sure, if you want me to also type in email/zip/phone/whatever as further confirmation, that's fine; but, not the piece of information you had me click on.

Very good point, R*R. Only because I'd just ordered the stuff (new ink for my printer), and return email had an epson.com domain with epson imaging in the content.

But those things are easily spoofed. I should've just gotten on epson's site and found the tracking stuff myself for security.
