The first two are good

The third one happens?

1) on highway and both lanes are backed up. driving in the left lane staying close to the car in front of you and theres nowhere to go, and some idiot comes up and tries to pass you on the right just to squeeze in bumper to bumper between you and the car in front of you.

Conversely

2) having to pass someone on the righthand side, because they're driving the exact speed limit (or under!) in the left lane and refuse to get over, even after you've been on their bumper for awhile.

I see it every now and then. Some guy on his phones a few rows in front of me.

"I'm in section 108, where are you? Do you see me? I'm waving! I'm like row 15! Oh there you are! I see you! Do you see me? I'm wearing a blue shirt! You see me yet?"

I'll also add people who wear a teams jersey who is not playing at that event. Like wearing a Lakers jerseys to the Heat/Celtics game. Exceptions made for things like wearing a Laker Shaq jersey to a heat game (when he played for MIA), however, you're a whole different level of d-bag where you wear something like a Laker jersey to an MLB/NFL/NHL game.

^^Conversely, when someone wears a band's t-shirt when they go to see them live. If you're gonna sport a concert T, roll with a different band's.

My uncle in his mid 40's did something similar. We were right behind home plate and he kept calling people while waving frantically He also took a glove to the same game which was actually kind of funny because there's no chance of catching a ball there.

That last on was on me though, he had no idea where the seat were located.

Yeah, people in line of sight of a primary camera at a baseball game who constantly talk on the phone and wave to their friends on TV need to be taken out behind the wood shed.

When people post in a tv show thread every week about how the show sucks and they are "done", but then they are posting the next week the same ****

Just watching Phillies / Pirates game. Some ****ing Pirates fan in the first row brought his glove to the park. Soft foul ball with the pitcher batting wafts over to this fat dirty looking bastard -- right in his glove -- and he drops it.

Ball girl does the world a solid and picks up the ball (which is laying two feet in front of the guy) and hands it to some eleven year old girl sitting a few seats down, all while fat guy is standing there with his glove out like aww c'mon. Even the announcers were busting on him.

If you're going to do something like that at least do something unexpected.

When I sit down in a coffee shop, or ask for the wifi password and the employee immediately tells me I need to buy something or leave. I like to settle in for a few minutes before I get my coffee. Bad business imo, especially when the coffee shop has plenty of empty seats.

This should be posted by the coffee shop owner in the "things that piss you off and should thread".

Ha, no. I just like to grab a spot, get my laptop out, make sure the internet works (on occasion I've bought something only to realize that the internet doesn't work, meaning I have to go somewhere else and buy another cup of coffee). Also, if it's my first time at a place, I'll often go on yelp to see if that place has any well-reviewed products I should try out.

Why? Why does it matter to the owner if I buy something right away or in 15 minutes?

Most coffee shops foster the "come in, relax, stay a while" environment. I've never known a coffee shop to demand anyone to buy anything before setting up a laptop, etc. If he's going to be there for two hours anyway, it shouldn't matter if he sets his crap up first.

I understand the counter argument that business owners don't want mooching loiterers and thus want to ensure a sale, but demanding a purchase up front is bad business for a coffee shop because competitors don't do that. Mexican restaurants aren't obliged to give out free chips. It's free food ffs. But it's bad business if they don't because there's a competitor half a mile away that does.

Obv he needs to buy something at some point, and it's weird that he went to the cashier and didn't order anything, but plenty of coffee shops will accommodate that behavior. These places are so interchangeable and so numerous that it's dumb to annoy a customer this way.

Even the mexican restaurant example is a bit off because it the chips cost something to the restaurant. Me sitting down in the coffee shop costs the coffee shop zero, so even if I wasn't planning to buy anything (which I always do), it's good business for them to let me stay because it builds good will, I might end up buying something even if I hadn't planned to, or I might bring friends.

It matters because they dont know that you are gonna buy something. A lot of cheap hipsters/students think coffee shops are a public library or something and bring their own **** there. Then set up camp like they own the place without putting down a cent.

People who sit down to eat are going to order something 99.9% of the time.
