They reuse the same stock images all the time that have nothing to do with the ad. I'd say pretty much 90% of internet banner ads are either misleading to just flat out lies.
And they always appeal to the biggest morons on the planet, like 12 year olds who have never been on the internet before.
I don't know anyone of even marginal intelligence that clicks banner ads ever, so it makes sense that they would target the biggest morons on the planet to try to get clicks, still infuriates me though.
