I stayed a year so I didn't have any awkward questions to answer at my next interviews, but I honestly don't know how I lasted that long. By the end of my time there the whole IT dev team had left and been replaced.
It doesn't piss me off, but I'm always confused by this notion (seems to me to be Euro, more specifically British) that "I have to stay in a ****ty situation because future interviews", especially for IT workers.
I guess it's not like USA #1, where both jobs and employees are disposable for the employee and company, respectively? Even more for IT folks like me; it's never hard to find a new gig.
I think I would hate that company too, although the young amoral girls part sounds intriguing. Beer in the fridge too?
