That the suggestion for people, in a place like Anchorage, during an earthquake is to get under a door frame. Just go outside. How many multi-story buildings are there?

Yes, the meter originally started at $2.75 which he ended up paying. I guess it shouldn't piss me off because I can just tip less or just get cash from the other guy and not have the meter reset.
