I think this should piss me off, but given how frequently the situation seems to happen I speculate I might be in the minority.

The situation: I walk into a Chipotle. No one in line. The person behind the counter who will be handling my food was spraying the counter and applying a rag with gloves on as I walk in. Then I walk up and they use the same gloves to prepare my food.

Has happened roughly a million times now and has driven me crazy every single time.

The whole point of wearing gloves when handling food is that you change them. Nothing wrong with the vegetarians request, and karamazonk, you should be upset and should probably ask them kindly to change gloves.

Yes, they are for show, which is why you would change them. Otherwise you would just use your hands, and be washing them between every sub, or whatever it is you are making. It appears we are agreeing.
