First responders, obviously. He is saying that it bothers him when they carry other first responders by their feet instead of fireman's carry. I tend to think that should piss him off though.

For whatever reason, without any context the only thing I thought of was a GoPro camera that's strapped onto someone. My initial response was, "Who calls them that?" and then, "Why does he care how they're held?" So it would have been a good item for this thread.

Of course I now realize (I think?) he meant the sandwich. Also a goo item!
