Of course we do, but if that's what this was, it's something we wouldn't see on this side of the pond, at least not on a banner using ten foot letters.
On a tangent: does it qualify as a pun? To me, it's more of a double entendre, but perhaps that's a subset of pun. I just always thought a pun was a more imaginative play on words.
