you had it pretty much exactly right but i wanted to add a few details. basically the traffic at stage 3 is never going to allow for a clean 1->2->3 passage, yet she is going to hop out there in the middle resulting in blue cars stacking up resulting in blocking of her vision, especially of the middle-most lanes of traffic. here in Dallas, blue cars are often large trucks. this situation always results in blue cars and always results in this hilarious 90° rotation of the head/stretching of the neck movement from green car lady in order to attempt to see the traffic beyond the blue cars.

in the most tilting scenario the blue cars are already lining up and the green car lady hops out anyways like it's a game of frogger. i drive a lot during rush hours in the suburbs for pizza delivery and wind up as a blue car very often. i like to honk and get their attention and mouth "no no no" while wagging my finger 'no'.

Can you put a fragment behind a semicolon? I think the sentence you wrote is wrong. A dash is probably more appropriate. That's just; my - opinion.

Unless the semicolon is functioning as a "super comma," not really. Some editors allow it, though. Either way, punkass is in the clear; "it rarely works" isn't a fragment.

It's a proper sentence. An independent clause. It stands by itself.

I find it insanely tilting when people quote famous movies lines or any well known historical quote and get them totally wrong.
