I also prefer sweet drinks, though trying to transition due to calorie count. A good sub is Deep Eddy Lemon Vodka with sprite zero.

DGAF that some people say 'girly drinks' or think a real man needs to wince after every sip of his alcohol. I like the "no one drinks virgin bourbon" line haha.

I guess you're a "Big OT" who isn't fat and unhealthy?

I'm working on weight and health, you can read my H&F log where I have gone from 204 lb on Feb. 1 to 186 this morning.

As far as stupid, I'm a grad of one of the top 15 law schools in the country paid to teach the law to elected judges. You post YouTube videos online to prove to people the Earth is flat. We can let others be the judge of stupid.

It bothers me that I look up at the overhead board menu at the item I am ordering when saying it to the cashier, even in cases where I have no doubt what it is, drove to the restaurant specifically to get it and have placed the same order dozens of times.

I am trying to think of how to define the thing that is objectively and factually proven by drink choice, masculinity is part of it I guess, but I think its more to do with having developed mature taste and not liking things like a child does that are sweet and colourful.

A grown adult man knows that the things that taste really really good in a deep profound way, not some cheap shallow sugary sweet way, take some effort to appreciate.

Not sure if that is masculinity or not.

That said cheap slutty sugary tastes have their moment.

Taste...... For me it changed with age... I like coffee now and I used to hate it.
But there are things that will never change: Jack Daniel's smells like cheap nail polish remover and beer is just to bitter to drink.
