To my knowledge there isn't anything in their mission statements about pissing off their customers, but after most experiences involving Airlines I'm pissed off.

I had a flight this Sunday. 3 weeks before the flight I realized my mistake in booking a flight that overlaps with the Super Bowl. Changing 2 tickets would incur $60 in ticket price different, plus $300 in "change fees." We were going to miss an hour of the Super Bowl if we landed on time, so we had plans to de-board, get to the car as fast as possible and race to our friend's place to make the party without missing too much. We sat at the gate for 2 hours before takeoff while they fixed the air conditioning on the plane.

Trip before that they sent my checked bag to the wrong city.

That doesn't even begin to broach the subject of airline seating if you're over 6' tall.

Yeah, definitely shouldn't piss you off. Some dealers are midgets and really can't reach it when it's going from the 3->4 seat or whatever. It's almost expected that the player moves it in that case.
