On a related note, people who go to the trouble of putting on workout clothes and schlepping to the gym, only to do utterly useless workouts day after day. I go early in the morning, and I always see the same 50-something-year-old women that do their 2MPH treadmill walking (holding the handrails, of course) and then their 17 billion swiss ball crunches, without a drop of sweat forming on their body or any change in their shape or size.
There's absolutely no reason for this to piss me off. I know they're helping keep my membership costs down by joining, and they never get in my way, but they could get this complete lack of results at home.
